Terms and Conditions  - Hypnotherapy 

By participating in a hypnotherapy session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure may be required by law or to prevent harm to the client or others.

  2. Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information about their medical history, mental health, and any ongoing treatments. The hypnotherapist is not a medical doctor and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatments.

  3. Informed Consent: Clients must provide informed consent to participate in hypnotherapy, understanding that it is a complementary therapeutic approach, and results may vary from person to person.

  4. Payment and Cancellation: Clients agree to pay for sessions as agreed upon and to provide a minimum notice period for session cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  5. Expectations: Clients understand that hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and results depend on individual factors and commitment to the process. The hypnotherapist does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  6. Safety: Clients acknowledge that they are participating in hypnotherapy voluntarily and are responsible for their own emotional and psychological well-being during and after the session.

  7. Recordings: The hypnotherapist may, with consent, make audio recordings of sessions for the client's use, review, and reinforcement.

  8. Cancellations: Clients are immediately informed  in  situations where their appointment needs to be canceled or changed (only in emergency situations). On this bases the clients will receive a full refund or an appointment reschedule as soon as possible. There is a 48 hours cancelation policy. 

  9. Lateness: If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late the session will be cancelled and non refundable. Hypnotherapies are scheduled prior and a delate of 10 min or more would not give enough time to complete the session in a proper manner.

"Participation in NLP life coaching sessions signifies your agreement to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be held in strict confidence. Exceptions may apply when there is a legal obligation to disclose or when it is necessary to prevent harm to the client or others.

  2. Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal growth and decision-making. The life coach does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients should consult with appropriate professionals for such matters.

  3. Informed Consent: Clients provide informed consent to participate in life coaching sessions, understanding that they are responsible for their actions and outcomes, and that coaching results may vary from person to person.

  4. Payment and Cancellation: Clients agree to pay for sessions as agreed upon and provide a minimum notice period for session cancellations. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations.

  5. Expectations: Clients acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on individual factors, commitment, and effort. The life coach does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  6. Safety: Clients agree to participate in life coaching voluntarily and understand they are responsible for their well-being and emotional state during and after sessions.

  7. Recordings: With client consent, life coaching sessions may be recorded for the client's personal use, review, and reinforcement.

By engaging in NLP life coaching sessions, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions."
