The Process
Initial Assessment and Goal Setting:
The first step involves an initial assessment and consultation. During this phase, we will discuss your goals, concerns, and the issues you wish to address through hypnotherapy.
We gather relevant information about your background, medical history, and any previous experiences with hypnotherapy or related therapies.
Together, we will establish clear and specific goals for the session, ensuring that your objectives are well-defined and achievable.

Hypnotic Induction and Deepening:
The second step involves your actual session in person or on zoom.
Once the goals are established and you feel comfortable, we will begin the hypnotic induction process. This involves guiding the client into a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus.
In hypnotherapy sessions are used relaxation techniques, imagery, and verbal suggestions to induce the hypnotic state. Clients are fully conscious and aware during this process, and they play an active role in their own relaxation.
Going further the hypnotic state may deepen the trance state, ensuring the client is in a state of profound relaxation and receptivity to suggestions and therapeutic interventions.

Therapeutic Work and Post-Hypnotic Suggestions:
In this phase, we will addresses the specific issues or goals identified in the initial assessment.
Using a combination of therapeutic techniques and tailored suggestions, we will work with your subconscious mind to help resolve or reframe the identified issues.
Post-hypnotic suggestions may be provided to reinforce positive changes or behaviours after the session ends. These suggestions can support the client in achieving their goals beyond the session.
The session typically concludes with the client gradually emerging from the hypnotic state, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Based on the session, feedback and discussions are carried out, including any insights or experiences the client had during the trance.

The number of hypnotherapy sessions a client should have can vary significantly and is highly dependent on the individual's unique needs, goals, and the specific issues being addressed. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. The decision on the number of sessions should be made collaboratively between the client and the hypnotherapist.
Hypnotherapy is often considered a short-term therapy, and some clients may experience positive results in just a few sessions, while others may require more extensive treatment. Factors that influence the number of sessions include the complexity of the issue, the client's responsiveness to hypnotherapy, and their level of commitment to the process.
